I’m Jen Scopo.
Since the late 1900s, I have known that my ability to connect with people, love for public speaking, and passion for learning were going to drive my career.
As the Wizard of Employee Engagement, I leverage a people-centric leadership approach to empower people and organizations. When you can put a “10” over the head of every person you lead, you can inspire them (and the company) to achieve excellence through learning and development.

I specialize in designing and transforming training and career development programs through strategic vision and execution while staying in alignment with organizational goals.

Leadership isn’t easy, but it is simple. My primary objective as a leader is to build my team’s confidence. This seemingly simple mindset impacts and enhances every decision and interaction.

The name of the learning theory to which you subscribe isn’t important. It only matters that the design engages the learner in meaningful ways to guide them towards retention and execution.
